{"id":39657,"date":"2025-06-30T11:14:04","date_gmt":"2025-06-30T11:14:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/refurbishment-of-different-parts-of-deutz-mwm-engines\/"},"modified":"2025-06-30T14:15:13","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T14:15:13","slug":"refurbishment-of-different-parts-of-deutz-mwm-engines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/en\/refurbishment-of-different-parts-of-deutz-mwm-engines\/","title":{"rendered":"Refurbishment of different parts of DEUTZ\/MWM engines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our workshop is daily working on different <strong>refurbishments of parts for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rsmotorps.com\/deutz-mwm\/\">DEUTZ\/MWM<\/a> engines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Today <strong>we show you the main steps to carry out an engine Overhaul<\/strong> on any <strong>DEUTZ\/MWM engine<\/strong> in \u00ab<strong>RS Motor<\/strong>\u00bb (TBG616V8, TBG616V12, TBG616V16, TBG620V12, TBG620V16, TBG620V20, TBG632V12, TBG632V16, TCG2016V8, TCG2016V12, TCG2016V16, TCG2020V12, TCG2020V16, TCG2020V20, TCG2032V12 and TCG2032V16).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>First step: Disassembly of parts until we leave the block completely naked<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>During disassembly, <strong>we separate the parts which will be refurbished<\/strong> from the ones which will be renewed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/reacondicionado-motor-mwm-deutz-Refurbishment-of-DEUTZ-MWM-engines-Step-1.jpg\" alt=\"reacondicionado motor mwm deutz Refurbishment of DEUTZ MWM engines \" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Second step: Cleaning of parts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This process is adapted for each part. For example, <strong>we use different cleaning methods depending on the part<\/strong> (Ultrasonic cleaning machine, pressurized water, sandblast, cleaning with specific detergents, and other special cleaning methods).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/reacondicionado-motor-mwm-deutz-Refurbishment-of-DEUTZ-MWM-engines-Step-2.jpg\" alt=\"reacondicionado motor mwm deutz Refurbishment of DEUTZ MWM engines \" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Third step: Checking of each part<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>All parts are subjected to a rigorous exam and they are tested under strict criteria<\/strong>. So all of them are analyzed visually, mechanically and electronically (if necessary). One of the most used test is the hydraulic one.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/reacondicionado-motor-mwm-deutz-Refurbishment-of-DEUTZ-MWM-engines-Step-3.jpg\" alt=\"reacondicionado motor mwm deutz Refurbishment of DEUTZ MWM engines \" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fourth step: The refurbishment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This step is divided in many small phases. <strong>Each part is disassembled<\/strong>, <strong>cleaned<\/strong>, <strong>checked<\/strong>, and <strong>assembled again<\/strong> with new gaskets, seals, nuts, bolts, and other elements. Then they are submitted to various tests in order to guarantee that they accomplish our quality control.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/reacondicionado-motor-mwm-deutz-Refurbishment-of-DEUTZ-MWM-engines-Step-4.jpg\" alt=\"reacondicionado motor mwm deutz Refurbishment of DEUTZ MWM engines \" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fifth step: The mounting process\/ installation of parts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Both new parts and refurbished parts are installed on the engine<\/strong>. During this, we are always checking that everything fits.
