Our specialized engineers and technicians performed <a title=\"diesel engine Overhaul: DEUTZ TBD620\" href=\"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/en\/diesel-engine-overhaul-deutz-tbd620v16\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2x engine Overhauls on 2x DEUTZ TBD620V12<\/a>. Both engines are not cogeneration engines, they are <a title=\"maintenance field, Service, spare parts supply, and repair of marine and cogeneration engines\" href=\"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/en\/rs-motor-maintenance-company-sale-of-spare-parts-and-repair-of-marine-engines-and-cogeneration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">marine engines<\/a> (port &amp; starboard main engines).<\/p>\n<p>Once we received both engines in our own workshop, we dismounted them until getting naked blo\/?p=976cks. Then, after a deep cleaning process, we checked that the crankshaft and engine block were OK for being refurbished again.<\/p>\n<p>After that, we <a title=\"refurbishments of parts for DEUTZ\/MWM engines\" href=\"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/en\/refurbishment-of-different-parts-of-deutz-mwm-engines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reconditioned all engine parts like intercoolers<\/a>, water pumps, oil pumps, con-rods, fuel injection pumps, plate heat exchangers,\u2026<\/p>\n<p>When everything was installed on the engine and we finished the assembling of it, we went to the vessel in order to carry out the commissioning and the sea trial under the supervision of marine surveyors.<\/p>\n<p>What was the result?. Well, as usually, everything was successful so the customer was happy with \u00ab<strong>RS Motor<\/strong>\u00bb and, as a consequence, <strong>that customer still trust on the experience of our company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The vessel is still sailoring in 2020<\/strong>, thanks to the knowledge of \u00ab<strong>RS Motor<\/strong>\u00bb and also, thanks to the use of OEM and genuine <a title=\"DEUTZ\/MWM engines spare part sales\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rsmotorps.com\/deutz-mwm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DEUTZ\/MWM spare parts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We hope you enjoy with all pictures, see you next week with another post!!!<\/p>\n<p>[foogallery id=&#8221;3706&#8243;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today we show you a beautiful project carried out two years ago in \u00abRS Motor\u00bb.
