\nToday we show you the spare parts that \u00abRS Motor<\/a>\u00bb uses for performing a maintenance type R1 on a Guascor gas engine<\/a> type FGLD-240<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

R1 maintenance needs to be performed each 8.400 running hours in case of biogas engines<\/strong>. In this case, our customer has the engine in a Waste Water Treatment Plant.<\/p>\n

The main steps of this maintenance type R1 are the following ones:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Renew main oil filters.<\/li>\n
  2. Renew air filters.<\/li>\n
  3. Renew spark plugs and ignition cables. This time we choose Denso spark plugs<\/a> and ignition cables from our \u201cPartner\u201d Motortech.<\/li>\n
  4. Refurbishment of the 8x cylinder heads. After that, our team should check the valve lag.<\/li>\n
  5. Cleaning of pistons and cylinder liners.<\/li>\n
  6. Renew of thermostats.<\/li>\n
  7. Turbocharger standard maintenance.<\/li>\n
  8. Renew bearings of throttle valve.<\/li>\n
  9. Refurbishment of water pump and oil pump.<\/li>\n
  10. General checking and other important inspections.<\/li>\n
  11. Final commissioning.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
