Anyway, there are some labors which \u00abRS Motor\u00bb has to perform in the workshop. These labors are highlighted with the symbol \u201c*\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"title-portada\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>40.000 HOURS MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST ON JENBACHER J620 GAS ENGINE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col col-12 col-md-6\">\n<p>\u00bb <strong>Disassembly of the intercooler<\/strong> for subsequent delivery to \u00abRS Motor\u00bb. The intercooler will undergo ultrasound cleaning, which consists of the following steps (*):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preliminary visual inspection and exterior appearance check.<\/li>\n<li>Preliminary hydraulic test to verify absence of leaks.<\/li>\n<li>Dismantling of all covers.<\/li>\n<li>Replacement of fixing elements.<\/li>\n<li>Repair of female threads of the intercooler tube bundle.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning of tube bundle and covers by using an ultrasonic cleaning machine.<\/li>\n<li>Renew of water side gaskets.<\/li>\n<li>Inner and outlet painting of water side covers.<\/li>\n<li>Complete assembly of the intercooler, respecting the recommended tightening according to the standard requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Final hydraulic test for 8-12 hours for product validation, prior to its assembly and installation on the engine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00bb Replacement of <strong>precombustion chambers<\/strong> with their respective O-rings. Removal of cylinder heads on the engine is excluded.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Replacement of the <strong>rocker cover gaskets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Intake and exhaust valve timing.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Degreasing of the <strong>gas injection valves<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Replacement of the <strong>rubber springs<\/strong> which have not able for being installed again.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Renew the <strong>actuator <\/strong>linkage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Replacement of the main <strong>lubricating oil filter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col col-12 col-md-6\">\n<p>\u00bb Renew throttle valves.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Replacement of <strong>air filters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Renew 2x <strong>vibration dampers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Replacement of the <strong>elastic coupling generator-engine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Renew <strong>crankcase ventilation filters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Checking of <strong>high connections<\/strong> and <strong>wiring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb <strong>Disassembly of the exhaust gas turbocharger<\/strong> and subsequent mounting on the engine. Turbocharger standard maintenance or cleaning can be considered or not, depending on the customer\u2019s decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Cleaning the <strong>battery connection terminals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb<strong> Standard refurbishment<\/strong> of the 2x starters with replacement of shaft, bearings, relay and seal (*). Optional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb <strong>Overhaul of the main lubricating oil<\/strong> pump with bushings replacement (*).
