Sometimes when the downtime of the Power Plant is an important factor, a good solution to shorten the execution time of an engine Overhaul<\/a> <\/strong>(maintenance E70), is to supply an engine shortblock.<\/span><\/p>\n

This week we are glad to show you an engine shortblock MWM TCG2020V20 completely assembled at RS Motor\u2019s workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deutz-Mwm engine overhaul<\/span><\/a><\/h3>\n

This shortblock is supplied with the following parts already installed:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Engine block MWM TCG2020V20 (tested and cleaned).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Crankshaft MWM TCG2020V20 (tested and cleaned).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Connecting rods MWM TCG2020V20 (with new bolts and small-end bushings). If needed, con-rods are new.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Pistons (new)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Cylinder liners (new).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Vibration damper (new).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Main oil pump (new).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Camshafts side A and side B (new).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Roller tappets (new).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Main bearings (new).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Big end bearings (new).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lubrication nozzles.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Primer and paint.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Transportation frame (new) \u2013 made of wood or metal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
