In this case, our workshop has crafted a <strong>shortblock<\/strong> for a <a href=\"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deutz MWM<\/a> <strong>TCG 2020 V20<\/strong> engine, which has been <strong>shipped<\/strong> to one of our <strong>clients<\/strong> in <strong>Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>GENUINES AND ORIGINALS SPARE PARTS DEUTZ MWM<\/h2>\n<p>When it comes to supplying engines and power generators, we make sure to use only <strong>components<\/strong> of the highest <strong>quality<\/strong>. We work with genuine or original <a href=\"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/en\/spare-parts-for-deutz-mwm-cat-engines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spare parts for Deutz Mwm<\/a>, <strong>Jenbacher, and Guascor<\/strong> , <strong>ensuring<\/strong> <strong>optimal performance<\/strong> and <strong>durability<\/strong> for each unit we deliver.<br \/>\nThe supply of this short block will enable our client to minimize downtime in their power generation plant by reducing maintenance stoppages and saving associated costs.<\/p>\n<h3>SHORTBLOCK COMPONENTS<\/h3>\n<p>The supplied short block is composed of the following components:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Motores-Deutz-MWM-3-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-11213\" title=\"Shortblock for Deutz engines\" src=\"https:\/\/rsmotorps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Motores-Deutz-MWM-3-1.jpg\" alt=\"spare parts for Deutz-Mwm\" width=\"212\" height=\"303\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Reconditioned and thoroughly inspected engine block and crankcase.<br \/>\n\u2022 New main bearings.<br \/>\n\u2022 The crankshaft has been reviewed and dimensionally analyzed to verify it meets standard measurements.<br \/>\n\u2022 New camshafts mounted on new bushings.<br \/>\n\u2022 New tappets.<br \/>\n\u2022 New pistons mounted on new sleeves, including new rings and piston pins.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Reconditioned connecting rods with new small end and big end bearings, as well as new bolts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Completely revised distribution system, including the cover.<br \/>\n\u2022 Brand new oil pump.<br \/>\n\u2022 New vibration damper.<br \/>\n\u2022 Priming and painting.<br \/>\n\u2022 Anti-humidity packaging for transportation.<\/p>\n<p>All the mentioned <strong>components<\/strong> are <strong>supplied<\/strong> correctly <strong>assembled<\/strong> and <strong>fitted<\/strong> following the manufacturer&#8217;s recommendations, so the client will only need to install the remaining elements of their engine.<br \/>\nIn the case of the <strong>supplied shortblock<\/strong>, as well as in all the work we carry out at RS Motor, we ensure that<strong> each component<\/strong> has been thoroughly <strong>inspected<\/strong> and <strong>evaluated<\/strong> to <strong>guarantee<\/strong> its<strong> integrity<\/strong> and optimal <strong>functioning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the inspection of the Deutz MWM engine, our technicians dimensionally analyze each component and look for possible defects or wear. This thorough evaluation allows us to determine if the components can be reused in future repair works.
