This week we show you another of the works carried out in the RS Motor workshop. It’s a new cylinder head reconditioning with spare parts for Guascor engines as part of cogeneration engine maintenance service. In this case, the cylinder heads<\/strong> come from a Guascor FGLD 240 engine.<\/p>\n

SPARE PARTS FOR GUASCOR ENGINES<\/a>, ASSURED RELIABILITY<\/h2>\n

\n\u2022 Replacement of valves and seats: We install new intake and exhaust valves, as well as their respective seats, as these are the components that experience the most wear during engine operation. We use genuine and\/or original OEM parts<\/strong> for the replacement.
\n\u2022 Installation of a new sleeve: We fit a new sleeve to the cylinder heads.
\n\u2022 Replacement of gaskets<\/strong> and O-rings: We utilize high-quality gaskets and O-rings to ensure optimal sealing and prevent leaks in the cylinder heads.
\n\u2022 Final hydraulic testing: We conduct a comprehensive hydraulic test to verify that the cylinder heads maintain proper sealing and do not leak.
\n\u2022 Priming and painting: We apply a high-resistance primer and paint layer to protect the cylinder heads, ensuring their durability and maintaining their original orange colour of Guascor<\/strong> engines.<\/p>\n
