Currently, RS Motor manages over 150 MWM gas engines under contract, operating on natural gas, special gases, biogas, sewage gas, landfill gas, and coal mine gas.

Maintenance and Technical Service for MWM Gas Engines
Maintenance, technical service, and spare parts supply for MWM engines are among RS Motor’s core activities.
OEM and Genuine Spare Parts Supply:
RS Motor specializes in the sale of OEM and genuine spare parts for MWM engines. Offering OEM parts allows us to be more competitive than other companies in the market, as we supply exactly the same components that MWM sells under its own brand.
Our extensive stock is key to providing immediate support to any of our clients. RS Motor keeps all critical parts for MWM TCG and TBG engines in stock at our warehouses.
Our clients rely on RS Motor for both preventive and corrective maintenance. Reconditioned components are essential to reducing engine downtime. RS Motor is fully capable of reconditioning many major engine parts for reuse and maintains a large inventory of these components. This enables us to repair engine failures immediately, avoiding prolonged downtime and costly investments. Reconditioned parts are also commonly used during major maintenance tasks (Overhaul, E60, and/or E50).
In short, our extensive experience, use of OEM and genuine parts, and broad stock make RS Motor the best alternative to the engine manufacturer.
Preventive Maintenance for MWM Engines
RS Motor is globally recognized as a solid alternative to the official MWM engine manufacturer. A large stock of consumables and spare parts, along with a wide inventory of exchange components, allows RS Motor to offer its own in-house technical service for scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. We also operate our own workshop, where we provide full repair, reconditioning, and inspection services for engine components.
Our engineers and technicians are highly qualified to perform both minor and major maintenance (also known as overhauls). These preventive services are typically carried out at the customer’s plant. In the case of major overhauls, RS Motor offers two different options: the first is to carry out the overhaul at RS Motor’s facilities, and the second is to perform the overhaul directly on-site.
Additionally, when plant downtime is limited, we offer the possibility of preparing a pre-assembled MWM exchange shortblock or longblock, minimizing operational disruption.
Corrective Maintenance for MWM Engines
Corrective maintenance on MWM gas engines is performed when an unplanned shutdown occurs. In such cases, a fast response is essential. All necessary work is tailored to the extent of the damage to get the engine back up and running as quickly as possible.
RS Motor can typically be on-site at the customer’s plant within 24 to 48 hours from the time we are notified.
