This week, we have successfully concluded a new cylinder head reconditioning project for Deutz Mwm, Jenbacher, and Guascor cogeneration engines. On this occasion, we focused on a Deutz MWM engine overhaul, specifically the 2016 model.

• Replacement of Rotocaps or Valve Rotators if present.
• Installation of new sleeves: We fit new sleeves into the cylinder heads.
• Replacement of Gaskets and Seals: We use high-quality gaskets and seals to ensure optimal sealing and prevent leaks in the cylinder heads.
• Final Hydraulic Testing: We perform a comprehensive hydraulic test to verify that the cylinder heads maintain their seal properly and do not exhibit water leaks.
• High-Resistance Primer and Painting: We apply a high-resistance primer and paint to protect the cylinder heads, ensuring their durability and maintaining their aesthetic appearance.
