• Thread Chasing: We perform meticulous thread chasing on all threads to ensure their proper functioning.

• Review and Replacement of Fasteners: We thoroughly inspect all screws, and if necessary, replace them with new ones to ensure the proper assembly.

• Checking Housings: We meticulously inspect all O-ring and bushing housings to ensure their proper condition.

• Gasket Replacement: We renew gaskets and O-rings to prevent leaks and ensure optimal sealing.

• Complete Assembly: We assemble the oil cooler parts with precision, following the recommended specifications and torques.

• Final Hydraulic Test: Before concluding the refurbishment, we subject the oil cooler to a comprehensive hydraulic test to validate its performance and ensure its tightness before installation in the engine.

• Exterior Painting: We apply a special layer of paint to protect the oil cooler against corrosion and improve its durability.
