Overhaul of a DEUTZ / MWM TCG2020V12 engine performed to one of our customers. Performed by RS MOTOR in their facilities, from an Exchage Shortblock with the aim of reducing engine stop times.

Shortblock with new camshaft, tappets, pistons, cylinder liners, big end bearings, main bearings and gear oil pump.
Intercooler reconditioned, throttle valve reconditioned
Remanufactured exchange cylinder heads and new cylinder head gasket set.
Standard maintenance of alternator and standard review of TPS52 turbocharger.
Heinzmann STG30-01 actuator testing.
