This week, we have completed a new reconditioning project for Deutz-Mwm engine overhaul, Jenbacher, and Guascor cogeneration engine cylinder heads. Specifically, we have worked on Caterpillar engine cylinder heads, more specifically the CAT CG 170 engine model, which cylinder heads are also compatible with MWM TCG 2020 V12, V16, and V20 engines.

- Installation of a new sleeve: We fit a new sleeve to the cylinder heads.
- Replacement of gaskets and O-rings: We utilize high-quality gaskets and O-rings to ensure optimal sealing and prevent leaks in the cylinder heads.
- Final hydraulic testing: We conduct a comprehensive hydraulic test to verify that the cylinder heads maintain proper sealing and do not leak.
- Priming and painting: We apply a high-resistance primer and paint layer to protect the cylinder heads, ensuring their durability and maintaining their original yellow colour of Caterpillar engines.
