This week at RS Motor workshop, we have successfully completed a new project. In this case, our workshop has crafted a shortblock for a Deutz MWM TCG 2020 V20 engine, which has been shipped to one of our clients in Europe.
GENUINES AND ORIGINALS SPARE PARTS DEUTZ MWM
When it comes to supplying engines and power generators, we make sure to use only components of the highest quality. We work with genuine or original spare parts for Deutz Mwm, Jenbacher, and Guascor , ensuring optimal performance and durability for each unit we deliver.
The supply of this short block will enable our client to minimize downtime in their power generation plant by reducing maintenance stoppages and saving associated costs.
SHORTBLOCK COMPONENTS
The supplied short block is composed of the following components:
• Reconditioned and thoroughly inspected engine block and crankcase.
• New main bearings.
• The crankshaft has been reviewed and dimensionally analyzed to verify it meets standard measurements.
• New camshafts mounted on new bushings.
• New tappets.
• New pistons mounted on new sleeves, including new rings and piston pins.
• Reconditioned connecting rods with new small end and big end bearings, as well as new bolts.
• Completely revised distribution system, including the cover.
• Brand new oil pump.
• New vibration damper.
• Priming and painting.
• Anti-humidity packaging for transportation.
All the mentioned components are supplied correctly assembled and fitted following the manufacturer’s recommendations, so the client will only need to install the remaining elements of their engine.
In the case of the supplied shortblock, as well as in all the work we carry out at RS Motor, we ensure that each component has been thoroughly inspected and evaluated to guarantee its integrity and optimal functioning.
During the inspection, our technicians dimensionally analyze each component and look for possible defects or wear. This thorough evaluation allows us to determine if the components can be reused in future repair works.
