Sometimes when the downtime of the Power Plant is an important factor, a good solution to shorten the execution time of an engine Overhaul (maintenance E70), is to supply an engine shortblock. This week we are glad to show you an engine shortblock MWM TCG2020V20 completely assembled at RS Motor’s workshop.

Deutz-Mwm engine overhaul

This shortblock is supplied with the following parts already installed:

Engine block MWM TCG2020V20 (tested and cleaned).
Crankshaft MWM TCG2020V20 (tested and cleaned).
Connecting rods MWM TCG2020V20 (with new bolts and small-end bushings). If needed, con-rods are new.
Pistons (new)
Cylinder liners (new).
Vibration damper (new).
Main oil pump (new).
Camshafts side A and side B (new).
Roller tappets (new).
Main bearings (new).
Big end bearings (new).
Lubrication nozzles.
Primer and paint.
Transportation frame (new) – made of wood or metal.
